#1 - listen to your body's wisdom


our bodies are part of the field that is also the universe

we are not seperate from the universe

we are part of the universe

so everything that's happening in our bodies is also happening in the universe

one of the most intelligent ways of cultivating our own intuition

is to go inward

messages of comfort and discomfort in our body tell us

really

what the right choices are

but in order to do this

we need to cultivate this experience

of being in the body

and centered in the body

and bringing our consciousness into the body

so by doing that

you plug into the cosmic computer

body awareness exercise

close your eyes and observe your breath for a moment

let your awareness go inside your body

feel consciousness/awareness/intelligence in every cell of the body

allow it to bubble with energy

with consciousness

with bliss

now open your eyes

do you feel alive?

if you feel distracted at any time

this should bring you to the present

or back into your body

practice body awareness

there is nothing more important than tapping into the wisdom of your body

it mirrors that of the universe
