ten keys #3

embrace silence

through a very simple mantra technique

close your eyes

say loudly after me

i am

say it again

now whisper it

keep repeating it in your mind

if you have any other thoughts

just sweep them away

just come gently back to

i am

if you become aware of any sounds in the environment

or any feelings in your body

simply sweep them away

and come back to

i am

do it for a couple of minutes

any distracting thoughts are either about the past or the future

past experiences we call karma

karma creates memories

it creates desires

it creates imagination

and we act out these (above) and we create karma again

karma memory is the software of our souls

when you repeat i am - it has no story

so a mantra is a thought without a story

15 - 20 minutes

sit through it

don't worry if you have lots of thoughts

that's natural

just allow silence to happen
